Administrator/Compliance Co-ordinator (The FISER Group)



The FISER Group (Bruin's Parent company), an award-winning recruitment business with offices in London and Manchester, is seeking an Administrator/Compliance Co-ordinator to join their team for a maternity cover, in supporting the whole business with administrative tasks and also carrying out onboarding checks for temporary workers for each of the FISER Group’s three brands.

You will be involved in many different ad hoc responsibilities which are shared across the admin team and can include completing the onboarding process for volume accounts and running reports on the internal candidate database. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Updating Bullhorn with candidates files, completed screening checks and also running reports

  • Thoroughly checking right to work and other official documents as well as carry out criminal checks and credit checks etc. You will also be responsible for checking the information on the CRM system and then issuing temporary workers contracts

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new joiners to The FISER Group

  • Liaising with the finance department on all payroll and finance matters

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience of working within the recruitment sector and worked on CRM systems, Bullhorn would be beneficial but is not essential. They will be able to take on various tasks and prioritise across them effectively.

We are currently operating a flexible hybrid working model, our preference is for a full time contract but we would consider part time for someone with the right experience. Due to the growth of the business this opportunity could turn permanent at the end of the maternity cover.
