About The Team

The HR and Secretarial desk have a proven track record of placing key HR and Support employees across Asset/Investment Management, Banking, Pension Companies, Professional services and the London Insurance markets. It is a significant part of one of the faster growing desk within Bruin, and we are seeking to grow further off the back of our great client base and high job flow.


However I am guessing most adverts you have read today have said pretty much the same…. So why apply for this one right? Well apart from the fact that it is true and in essence my team are so busy we need great recruiters to help us fill roles already on the desk we cannot get round newer clients to tell them how great we are!!

So this role will be focusing on helping build out our Regional offering (loads of existing clients to introduce the desk to) as well as support the London team on filling our roles. You will be joining a high billing team who work efficiently together. Ideally we want to appoint a high calibre individual who can take the opportunity to aid us expand into wider areas and develop their own area of expertise.


What we look for:

  • Robust recruitment experience, with an understanding the core fundamentals of recruitment and the methodologies to engage the market

  • Someone who is ambitious to build a market reputation and become a go to name in this space, using a well-organised and structured approach

  • The drive to proactively target the market, using multiple channels to engage candidates and build their network

  • The ability to recognise growth opportunities alongside the day-to-day delivery, and help broaden the desk into new areas
