Overview


Our actuarial desk covers a range of markets across the Life, Pensions and Non-Life markets. It is a significant part of one of the faster growing desk within Bruin, and we are seeking to grow further off the back of our great client base and high job flow.


This immediate opportunity will focus upon actuarial work within the Life Insurance market led by one of our Senior Consultants. In addition to helping service the immediate opportunities that are coming through to the business, we are ideally want to appoint a high calibre individual who can take the opportunity to aid us expand into wider areas and develop their own area of expertise.


Our roles are varied with a high number of mid/senior level requirements. The desk will have a good flow of work from the existing client network, so whilst new business will be an important part of the role, the position already has a sustainable flow of work to be delivered upon

  • Robust recruitment experience, with an understanding the core fundamentals of recruitment and the methodologies to engage the market

  • Someone who is ambitious to build a market reputation and become a go to name in this space, using a well-organised and structured approach

  • The drive to proactively target the market, using multiple channels to engage candidates and build their network

  • The ability to recognise growth opportunities alongside the day-to-day delivery, and help broaden the desk into new areas
