Overview


The Permanent Finance desk has a proven track record of placing key Accounting professionals across Fintechs, startups, Banking, Professional Services and Insurance. We are the fastest-growing desk within Bruin and are now seeking an experienced Consultant to join us in our journey to be the most trusted Finance Recruiter in London. There’s a common misconception that Accounting can be boring but on our desk that’s not the case as we benefit from years of relationships that has enabled us to partner with some of the most exciting companies in London that are disrupting the landscape of their respective industries


This role would suit an experienced recruiter who wants to take their career to the next step in billings and business development and we are the team to get you there. If you are driven and hard-working, we can give you the motivation and knowledge to make you even more successful than you already are.

What we're looking for


· Robust recruitment experience, with an understanding the core fundamentals of recruitment and the methodologies to engage the market

· Someone who is ambitious to build a market reputation and become a go to name in this space, using a well-organised and structured approach

· The drive to proactively target the market, using multiple channels to engage candidates and build their network

· The ability to recognise growth opportunities alongside the day-to-day delivery, and help broaden the desk into new areas
