Our Life & Pensions practice is one of the major growth desks within Bruin, working across the UK and servicing a range of major, top tier financial service organizations to include Life Insurers, Consultancies, Wealth Managers, Asset Managers and Professional Trustee firms.



We work upon a variety of roles including:

Our practice has grown from strength-to-strength over the last few years, and as a result we are seeking to hire an experienced consultant to help deliver to our existing client portfolio and to contribute/drive forward our continued expansion in this space.


Ideally this individual will provide robust recruitment capabilities, and be hungry to become an expert in their field and to drive forward growth and carve out their own area of expertise.

  • Robust recruitment experience, with an understanding the core fundamentals of recruitment and the methodologies to engage the market

  • Someone who is ambitious to build a market reputation and become a go to name in this space, using a well-organised and structured approach

  • The drive to proactively target the market, using multiple channels to engage candidates and build their network

  • The ability to recognise growth opportunities alongside the day-to-day delivery, and help broaden the desk into new areas
