What we're looking for


We are keen to talk with individuals who are keen to embark on a career within Recruitment.

Working in a specialist Lloyd's and London Insurance Market team some insight to the Lloyd's Insurance market would be beneficial.


Following on from a record breaking 2021, 2022 has started where last year left with the market leading team working on many mandates from contingency recruitment through to retained searches from entry level roles through to senior director level hires.


We are looking to talk with target driven individuals who have a natural flair to build relationships. Working with a team of experienced recruiters you will be given full training and all the tools you need to succeed.


You will have access to work with the insurance markets leading companies and be responsible for finding them 1st class candidates.


A candidate with an education in Marketing would be of real interest as would individuals who are working in Insurance currently but keen to utilise current skillset in another way.


You will :-

  • Be educated to A’ Level standard or equivalent

  • A true team player

  • Have an abundance of common sense

  • Be able to work independently remotely as well as in a team

  • Like to work to targets and deadlines

Please note, we will also talk with individuals who are already working in Recruitment but keen to work in a more grown up, rewarding environment.
