Be all you want
to be.

Fulfill your potential with

a career at Bruin

Bruin is a specialist financial and professional services recruitment consultancy and part of The FISER Group. We launched in 2010 and are now one of the most established players in the market, with ambitious plans to grow.

So whether you are just starting your career, have a proven track record in recruitment or transitioning from another industry, we have opportunities across the business for you to make your mark. And you’ll be working alongside some true time served experts so you'll be supported every step of the way.

Our incentives scheme is designed by our consultants, for our consultants, with flexible benefits tailored to fit your goals and motivations. And our career development plan focuses at every stage of your career, from core recruitment skills, to public speaking, negotiation and unconscious bias training, to help you succeed.

Be the best version of you.

We’ve enjoyed huge success over the years by investing heavily in our people so they can achieve their full potential. Over 2/3 of the fees we generate are reinvested into our team through incentives, training, benefits, and staff wellbeing.

This allows us to support your personal growth and development, and career  progression so that you can be at your best.
