Our quarterly incentives recognise the achievements of top performers - this might be a day at the races, lunch at one of London's most exclusive restaurants, or even 24 hours in the sun!

Entry to the Platinum Club is based on billings within a qualifying period - and gets you a coveted spot on a VIP trip, on the company.  Previous trips have included an all expenses mini break in Marbella, a luxury ski weekend in Italy, and an exclusive trip to Palma.

We've won a number of awards for our work in diversity & inclusion, which is led internally by our D&I workstream which includes our LGBTQ+, ethnicity and gender networks.

Our Wellbeing Committee is an employee led initiative who meet on a regular basis to organise health and wellbeing activities and events for the wider team, which is also supported by our internal Mental Health First Aiders.

Our annual super incentive trip recognises the contribution of the whole team. The criteria is pretty simple - we hit the target and everybody is taken on an all-expenses paid trip! Previous destinations have included 3 days in Barbados...!
