About The Team
The Legal Team covers the full range of In-house legal, Company Secretarial and Paralegal Roles across all of our financial sector client areas. These include Banking, Investment Management, Insurance, Private Equity and Hedge Funds. The coverage includes the whole of the UK & Ireland as well as Europe.
What's a normal day?
Manage the 360° recruitment lifecycle. This will entail taking responsibility for sourcing roles, identifying suitable candidates, arranging interviews and handling feedback and offers
To develop our existing client base and generate new business for the desk and the wider company
To generate new business opportunities through a range of events and have the chance to develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients
To use sophisticated sales techniques and approaches to support the growth and commitment of our candidates and clients
To work as a true consultant to our clients, anticipating needs and finding solutions to their human capital concerns
Develop your professional network using a variety of innovative and attractive solutions
Source candidates from both the active and passive candidate market
Conduct professional candidate meetings and agree on action plans with all suitable candidates
What we're looking for
We are looking for a proactive, hard-working and organised individual to join the legal desk to cover the Private Equity and Hedge Funds area. This will involve a large amount of business development as you build out your area and develop a range of market contacts both from within the existing Bruin Client base and from new clients.
You will ideally have 2 + years of experience within In-house Legal Recruitment covering Financial Services with an understanding of best practices in terms of candidate sourcing and client development. You will be a self–starter with an aptitude for business development and will be able to work within a flexible and professional working environment.
