We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Researcher (either part or full time) to join our Legal Recruitment team.

As a Legal Recruitment Researcher, your role will be candidate focused. You will support two Senior Consultants to fill their roles for our Financial Services client platform, finding the best talent on the market via head hunting, networking, advertising and CV searching. Other responsibilities include:
Qualifying candidates through telephone, video and face to face interviews
Working closely with Clients and Consultants to understand job briefs
Scheduling and preparing candidates for interview
Closing deals and managing the offer process
This role can be part or full time, so it could suit someone who would like flexibility around hours and working from home
You should have some Legal Recruitment or Resourcing experience (agency)
You should be a career Researcher and enjoy the candidate side of the Recruitment role
You should be professional, personable and a true team player
You should have great relationship building skills
You should be a good communicator, organised and self motivated
